Returns
We Do Not Accept returns due to the nature of the product for sanitary reasons.
If you receive a damaged product, you have 24-48hrs after receiving the product to contact JD Glow. Once we give you the ok to return, you will receive an email with a return address attached as well as instructions. Items with broken Seals will be voided. We videotape the opening of all Returns, to ensure the safety of our products and preserve the honesty of our customers.
